Also on deck THIS Saturday are a handful of guest vendors AND a teaser of the summer abundance that awaits in the coming weeks.

Bring the the kiddos along for your local midweek grocery shopping and stop by the CFM Seedlings activity led by Eric Jackson, Director of Horticulture at Old Salem Museum & Gardens. This week, Eric will be hosting a table of hands-on seed saving demonstrations!

Each week, Cobblestone is still welcoming some of your favorite vendors back onsite as well as FUN new products from our lineup of Guest Vendors. This Saturday, welcome Felsbeck Farm back to Market, catch Plum Granny ONSITE with their first harvest of garlic and get nostalgic with Tea & Toast’s NEW “Tea Pops” - a caffeine free, frozen treat with NO artificial coloring or flavoring!

Join us Wednesday for your local midweek grocery refresher - with pickles, ice cream, pork, fresh veggies, fruit, eggs and MORE! Bring the the kiddos along for a fun new CFM Seedlings activity this week, where they will have the opportunity to get to know their local foods a little better! CFM Seedlings is a program that provides children with opportunities to connect with our local food system through fun and interactive activities.

Welcome New Vendor Saura Creek Farm this week at CFM! Located in Westfield NC, SCF is a small scale sustainable, biointensive vegetable farm with a large aquaponic system housing Rainbow Trout. Returning for Summer starting THIS Saturday is Bingo Bango Fresh Fruit Soda! “Pop” by to talk to founder Mike Robinson II, have a taste and take home a pack! Also onsite this week, Chippeekiyay + Lavender Anne's Herb Farm.

The fresher the produce for locally inspired meals, the better! That is why we love that we can hit Cobblestone TWICE in one week. Need more eggs? Fresh herbs? Or just those delicious extra veggies or greens? Come on down for a quick stop and shop to support some of your favorite local vendors to feed yourself with the BEST! With the school year wrapping up and warmer (nay, HOT) days upon us, we know some of y'all will be skipping off to your favorite mountain getaways, sandy beaches or slow staycations. Regardless of your destination, remember to bring your favorite local goods along!

No problem! Wednesdays are for the kiddos AND, of course, a chance to pick-up your local groceries if you missed us Saturday! Join us midweek and check out special guest, Minglewood Nature Preserve hosting a nature confetti jewelry making table for the kids! Plus, FREE tomato plants will be onsite for your littles to take home and plant!
