2025 IN PERSON DATES

  • Fall 2025 - Saturday, TBD
11AM // Meet at the Info Booth @ Cobblestone Farmers Market

The Cobblestone Farmers Market is a producer-only farmers market, created to elevate local, sustainable farmers and makers. All of our vendors live within 60 miles of Winston-Salem, NC and bring fresh quality produce and herbs, value-added farm products, baked goods, meats, cheese and more to market year-round. Most vendors sell every week at market three seasons or year-round.

The Cobblestone Farmers Market's application is a competitive process wherein new vendors are chosen based on quality and availability of product, the needs of the market and open booth space.

We are currently seeking year-round chicken producers, dairy products (including cow and sheep cheeses), berry and tree fruit, baked goods using local grains + ingredients, as well as vendors selling high quality locally grown or produced value-add products that are absent or under-represented at the Cobblestones Farmers Market. Please note that we are not currently accepting applications for hemp products and are on a waitlist for protein, vegetable, and flower vendors. Non food vendors and craft vendors are accepted seasonally at a daily rate of $100.

If you would like to apply to be a vendor, please review our Market Guidelines and read and complete the New Vendor Application (printable PDF). Please contact the Market Manager with any questions about the application.

Once you have reviewed the Market Guidelines and submitted the online Vendor Application (or printed and completed the hard copy), please mail the application fee to the address listed on the application.

NOTE: Thank you for your patience as we review new vendor applications while we are attending to daily market business. If you are applying for our Winter Market, expect to hear from us as early as January 2025. If you meet our guidelines AND you have something that you feel is underrepresented at our Market, please email us to let us know after you submit your application.

Community Booth

The Cobblestone Farmers Market has established a community booth to broaden the reach and awareness of food/beverage production and environmentally focused small businesses and organizations in the area. The Community Booth offers customers the opportunity to get to know a wide range of great businesses or initiatives (such as food/beverage producers, authors, riverkeepers or specialty growers) which due to space limitations would not be able to be a regular vendor. We are always interested to learn about what is NEW out there and sharing it with our ever curious, interested customers and vendors! If you are interested in tabling in our Community Booth, please follow the directions outlined above for new vendors.

*All potential new vendors, including Community Booth vendors, must fill out and submit our Vendor Application and application fee to be considered.
