Due to the heavy rainfall and wind gusts predicted for the weekend, Cobblestone will NOT operate with "business as usual" this Saturday BUT will offer a Pre-Order, Pick-Up Drive-Thru Saturday from 8:30-11:00am for customers to collect their pre-orders. Pre-order with individual vendors via their instructions to ensure your order is ready for drive-thru pick-up Saturday. Pay special attention to order deadlines! NOTE: A handful of our dedicated vendors will be onsite "tailgating" with their product offerings in case you miss a deadline or to grab that last minute addition. This Saturday come out and celebrate one of our favorite seasons with activities for the kiddos, vendor demos across Market and a Food Demo featuring Chef Brian Gebhard! And of course, grab your own PEPPERS for sautΓ©ing, grilling, stewing or roasting. Roasting peppers is one of those kitchen skills that seems daunting until you've done it a couple of times - it takes hardly any practice before it becomes second nature. Jarred or frozen peppers are perfectly fine (and will definitely be your friend in a winter pinch) but nothing matches freshly roasted sweet peppers in a bright salad or smoky & spicy roasted Hatch chiles in a batch of guacamole or roasted Poblanos in homemade chili -- mmm, mmm, good!
