NEW tea Jade Oolong. This single-origin tea is a green oolong (made in the legendary Tin Kuan Yin style), meaning that it has only been slightly oxidized, giving us a wonderfully floral and full flavor, with notes of honeysuckle, almond, and blueberry. Along with hot chai and the new Jade Oolong, we will be serving our Spring Blossom Latte, a honey-infused iced latte made with Jade Oolong, lavender, and rose petals.
