Stop by the Department of Public Health to give your local bounty a fresh mid week bump and see what our Wednesday Market is all about! We will have mushrooms, pasta, baked goodies, fresh greens, eggs, and more - from a handful of our fabulous vendors. We are so very thankful for our vendors who are willing to provide a second option in our busy weeks to grab fresh, local goodness.

Always wanted to jump into the world of mushrooms, but feel a bit hesitant? Don't fret, many mushroom delicacies and experts can be found at market. Ask our mushroom farmers how to whip up something delicious and figure out NEW ways to use these fungis. Ask about a delicious mushroom burger recipe and be sure to grab a mushroom sample from our friends this Wednesday!

GREEN GOODNESS

Are you both in awe and overwhelmed by the bounty of greenness at market? Same! However, we are surrounded by folks who know their stuff! Go ahead and ask your farmer how to best use their produce or if you need to, go ahead and ask what it is called, we love to always be learning from one another.
