For our farmers, this means early and late days, adapting to the heat and making sure that animals and plant product have enough water and are as safe as possible from the intense elements. Air conditioning time is limited and those who are baking and producing in kitchens are also utilizing resources at higher rates in order to produce the beautiful goods we all look forward to each week.
