Winter is a time to settle in - a practice fully supported by S L O W stews and roasts that we don't often make time for in the warmer months. This Saturday, talk to the farmers about new-to-you cuts and ask to understand the unique differences in how Cobblestone farmers grow and nurture their livestock.
