THIS weekend By The Brook Tempeh will make their Cobblestone debut! By The Brook Tempeh is based in Saxapahaw, NC and created by fermentation enthusiast Taylor Westbrook. Specializing in non-soy, artisan blends of legumes, peas, lentils, and seeds to create a well-balanced and highly digestible plant protein with a fantastic texture and versatile flavor.
As we near the end of February, we can finally see signs of Spring all around us with hints of seasonal change at Market too. NEW friends are joining us each week with offerings worth planning your weekend around - think MORE mushrooms, greens, meats, jams, baked goods and coming oh so soon...PLANTS (mid-March)! AND as warmer weather returns, so does MUSIC at Market - Colin Cutler is joining us this weekend to add a little extra skip to your Market step!
