Head Lettuce: Last week we featured 'naked' head lettuce that did well during the overcast morning. More unpackaged heads this week so come prepared! Heads stay fresh when they are stored in non-breathable materials like plastic bags/clamshells or glass/plastic food containers. Shared 'naked' they will wilt in the refrigerator.
Microgreens: All of our micro mixes and individual varieties are packaged in compostable containers!
